Refund policy
Unfortunately, due to our small business size, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. We may offer size exchanges where available (see below).
We appreciate your understanding. As our business grows, expanding our returns policy will be a priority, and we hope to offer change-of-mind returns in the future.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund where required.
Exchanges
If you ordered the incorrect size, you have 7 days from receiving your order to request an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to:
- The requested size being available in stock.
- The item being unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- The customer covering return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
